By using NAGHMEH you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

NAGHMEH is a bilingual directory of Persian-owned businesses and services in the United States and Canada. During launch, listings are created only by request and after our review. We may accept or decline any request at our discretion.

Packages and payment

Listing packages, their features and prices are published on the site and may change. The starter package is free. For paid packages, payment terms are confirmed in writing before activation.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and confirm that you have the right to publish it. By submitting content you grant us a licence to display it on the platform, in search engines and in our applications. Misleading, unlawful or offensive content will be removed.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send spam, scrape data, impersonate others or interfere with its operation.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of listed business information and are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the liability of NAGHMEH Media for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
