Introduction

NAGHMEH Media ("we", "us") operates the NAGHMEH platform at https://naghmeh.media. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit a listing request we collect the business name, your name, email address, phone number, website and the description you provide. We also record your IP address, browser type and chosen language for security and to operate the service.

We use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to protect our forms from abuse; its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How we use information

We use your information to review your request, create and display a business profile once you approve it, communicate with you, improve the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Public information

Information you choose to publish on a business profile (name, category, address, phone, website, description and images) is visible to the public and to search engines.

Storage and security

Data is stored in Google Cloud data centres in the United States (this applies to Canadian users as well), encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to operate the service.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing legal@naghmeh.media. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, which we honour.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: your language preference and, for console users, a sign-in session. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
